1. The service

TORQ is a social driving app for recording drives you start, managing a digital garage, viewing stats, following friends, and sharing car-related content. Features may change as we ship updates.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to use the App Store and TORQ in your country.

3. Safe driving

TORQ is not a racing app. Do not use TORQ in a way that encourages dangerous driving, street racing, or breaking traffic laws. Never interact with the phone while driving — pull over first. You are solely responsible for how you drive.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not harass other users or post unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to abuse, scrape, or disrupt TORQ or its servers.
• Do not impersonate others or misuse location or social features.

5. Your content

You keep rights to content you submit (such as profile and car photos). You grant us a license to host and display that content as needed to operate TORQ.

6. Location & data

Drive recording uses location when you start a drive. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

7. Disclaimers

TORQ is provided “as is.” Distance, speed, and route data depend on GPS and device conditions and may be imperfect. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BrilliantZero Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TORQ, including any driving-related incidents.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account in the app at any time.
